Purpose of the treatment:To maintain a business relationship with the user in relation to the services offered on this website. When you request any kind of information, we will contact you to advise you appropriately.
Criteria for the storage of personal details: they will be stored whilst there exists a mutual interest and, when they are no longer necessary for such purpose, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures in order to guarantee the pseudonymization of the data or the destruction of the same.

Users’ Rights

Right of access:The interested party will have the right to request and obtain free of charge the information on their personal data, the origin of said data, likewise the communications made or that are intended to be made of the same.When the interested party presents the request by electronic means, unless they request that it is provided by other means, the information will be provided in commonly used electronic format.The right to obtain a copy will not negatively affect the rights and liberties of others.
Right of rectification and deletion:the owner will be obliged to implement the right of rectification or deletion of the data in the period of 10 days. The interested party will have the right to obtain without undue delay, the rectification of incorrect personal details that concern him.The interested party will have the right to complete any incomplete personal details including by means of an additional declaration.
Right to the restriction of the handling of data; the interested party will have the right to demand from the owner the restriction of the handling of his data.When the handling of personal data has been restricted, it can only be handled for the purposes of its storage, with the consent of the interested party for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims, with a view to the protection of the rights of another individual or company or for reasons of public interest.All interested parties that have obtained the restriction of handling of data will be informed by the owner before the lifting of said restriction.
Right of opposition; the interested party will have the right to oppose at any time, for reasons pertaining to his personal circumstances, that the personal details that concern him (public or lawful interest) are subject to handling, including the creation of profiles based on said provisions.The OWNER will cease to handle the personal data, except when compelled by overriding legal reasons for the treatment that prevails on the interests, the rights and the liberties of the interested party, or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
